I had the pleasure of working with Shanda for my first 2 travel assignments. What I value the most about Shanda is that she was able to listen to what my priorities were and match me with the perfect travel assignments. Once I was matched Shanda kept constant contact with me to make sure that I was not only comfortable in my work environment, but also comfortable in my new home as well. Shanda is one of the most down to earth, caring people I have had the pleasure of working with. In an industry where it isn't too uncommon to feel like just another dollar to a recruiter, she made me feel like I was someone she actually cared about. When she asks you questions about your goals and what you're seeking, she actually listens! Shanda really takes the idea of transparency and runs with it. Do yourself a favor and give her a call.

Shanda was great! I was an experienced PT, but had never traveled before and if she couldn't answer your question she would find the answer ASAP. I had the unfortunate experience of getting overloaded with my schedule at one point and As soon as I discussed the issue with Shanda, she immediately began working with my employer to find a solution and get me to the hours that were originally discussed. She doesn't push certain jobs, but works with you to make sure you are comfortable and confident in your situation. I really can't say enough good things about her. If you are going to travel, do it with Shanda!

Shanda strives to find exactly what you want in a travel placement. She prepared me well and answered all of my questions, making my transition smooth and not at all stressful. Shanda took the time to find out what was important to me and was very supportive throughout my first experience with travel PT.
