Going from full time to a traveling PT sounds like a huge adventure and a lot of fun! I thought all rules are the same, expectations are the same and that my 31 years of experience is enough to see me through. But I was in for a scary scenarios of huge expectations, needing magic wands from travelers, and an increased awareness to protect my license. This was enough worry for me not to mention facilities can and will take advantage of a traveller and this is where Shanda comes in. She will make sure, of course within the limits allowed, that she will be there and find every means to give you what you deserve. She is fully aware of the fine lines that a traveller needs and be fully compensated. Furthermore, she will also help you protect your license. I know she is one phone call away if ever I need advice, guidance, opinion or just to laugh at some situations we encounter. She is more than a recruiter to me, and I will recommend co workers who want to travel to Delta because of her. Thank you Shanda and more power!

Shanda is amazing! There are not enough good things to say about her experience, insight, helpfulness, and ability to listen and understand the needs I had. I am a new traveling therapist and have had several recruiters. Shanda was the reason why I chose this company and will conintue to work here in the near future. She really goes above and beyond to assist in all questions and issues in a very timely manner. Shanda basically treats you as family and calls in frequently to just simply ask how's your day going. I could go on and on about Shanda and how great she has been. I recommend her to all my traveling friends and wouldn't want to work for any other recruiter but Shanda!! All travelars have a Dimond with this lady!!!!
