I befriend most of my clinicians on social media and often offer my assistance to them off the clock (or on the weekends), as I understand speaking during the busy work week can be difficult. If there is ever a question I cannot answer, I jump right on it and loop in the appropriate department to take care of it. Aaron has been an outstanding resource. He has extreme responsiveness to all inquiries and if he doesn’t have the answer he works to connect you with the team member who does. From the start Aaron has demonstrated an outstanding understanding for my goals as a travel therapist. Aaron is the one recruiter I hope to keep around indefinitely. He goes above and beyond to find what you are looking for, is super communicative, open to any questions (no matter what you may throw at him), and is genuinely there for you as a traveler. I have nothing but highest praises to Aaron as a recruiter. He does an excellent job in prioritizing your needs and listens to your concerns very well. He is quick to respond to emails and ensures you get the help you require. He is my go-to person when I have work-related issues that need to be addressed. He assists you in getting the help that you need, even though it is no longer his department. I am very well pleased with the service he provides and I highly recommend him as a recruiter.

When you have your resume on various job sites you get bombarded with recruiter contacts. It then becomes about deciding which recruiter to work with. I started working with Aaron last year and his follow up, professionalism and customer service have been far superior to the industry standard.
