When it comes to my traveling therapists, I go above and beyond to meet their needs and expectations. Regardless of what they are looking for, I give everyone equal opportunity and take pride in my communication with them before, during, and after their assignments. I befriend most of my clinicians on social media and often offer my assistance to them off the clock (or on the weekends), as I understand speaking during the busy work week can be difficult. If there is ever a question I cannot answer, I jump right on it and loop in the appropriate department to take care of it. I look to stay with my company for the long-term and continue to advance my career as a recruiter for years to come.
