Travel Medical Assistant - $17 to $21 per hour in Fort Lauderdale, FL - Position: Medical Assistant Location: Fort Lauderdale, FL Shift: Wednesday 7:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.; Thursday 9:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m.; Saturday 8:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m. Description: The Medical Assistant will work in a clinical setting providing both front and back office support. Travel Phlebotomist - $16 to $18 per hour in Fort Myers, FL - Position: Phlebotomist Job Description: * Experience doing blood draws, labeling specimens, centrifuging specimens, recording maintenance data and decontamination, updating patient information, etc. * Collects and stores specimens according to established procedures. * Properly explains in a clear but courteous manner the process of the venipuncture (blood drawing) and or other specimen collection (ex. urine or fecal) as required. * Demonstrate technique/s using straight needles and/or butterfly needles. * Fully understand all of the physicians' orders. * Matches laboratory requisition forms to specimen tubes.
