August 01, 2018 SLPAs a new graduate, I was very nervous about finding a job in a timely manner. Once I was in contact with Kelly, she asked about my interests for the workplace and was very quick to find me a placement. August 01, 2018 COTA/LI was feeling very nervous when i was going through the process of becoming a traveling therapist, but Kelly and her team made it feel like a breeze. From day one, i have felt like i was part of family with Kelly and her team reaching out to me. I have reached out to Kelly at all hours with questions and concerns and she always knew what to say or do. I always feel like Kelly looking out for the best for me and thank her for that. I'm always trying to help build Therapy staff, because they are the best staffing agency around. |

August 01, 2018 OTI was speaking with an agent from another company and when I told him I was also speaking with Kaelynn fromTherapy Staff, he said, "Oh I can't compete with their rates." I feel like Kaelynn is always on top of things more than other agents like the time when another agent brought up a potential job. I asked Kaelynn about it and she answered, "Oh that closed already." I confirmed and it did close. She knew - the other agents didn't. You never feel like you're a burden to her when you come to her with a problem and always sounds like she's eager to help. She doesn't try to manipulate you either. "Where were you?" is not a question you would ever ask Kaelynn. If you're searching for an agent to help you travel, I highly recommend her. You'll always feel like she's looking out for number one - and that's you.. |

August 01, 2018 it's been great!I switched to travel career after being a full time OT for almost 6 years. I wanted more pay and more time off. I now have 2 weeks off after each 13 weeks completed and I doubled my income!!! Alexa has been wonderful to work with - quick responses, fun personality, keeps me informed of status when looking for a new gig. This company has been quick to reimburse me for uniforms, licenses, etc. I'm in touch with about 20 other companies, but I have stayed with this one for 4 consecutive travel assignments because: great pay (usually the highest), great service, great communication, & usually the quickest company to say what jobs are out there. Go with them. You'll be glad you did!! |
