Must have 2+ years of inpatient Pharmacy Practice experience. Compounded Sterile Product Preparation and Sterile IV Room is REQUIRED and must be in the work history notes. Required: Pyxis and EPIC experience- must be listed on work history.Required Upon Submission: Technicians must possess and maintain PharmD or BS Pharmacy Degree. Travel Pharmacist in La Plata, MD - JOB DESCRIPTION - PHARMACIST (GT) Job Summary: The pharmacist accurately fills and dispenses prescription and nonprescription drugs to customers; compounds medications; provides drug information to customers, health practitioners, and the general public, reviews drug history of customers, consults with customers and health practitioners. Qualifications: Education: BA in Pharmacy Experience: One year full time experience as a Pharmacist Licensure: Current Pharmacist License as required by state law. Travel Pharmacist in Salisbury, MD - Our pharmacy department is looking for an experienced clinical oncology pharmacist specialist to join our team in a full time capacity serving primarily in our state-of-the-art Cancer Center. You will serve as the subject matter expert in this area which will be heavy on the clinical duties. You'll also have precepting opportunities with potential for a faculty appointment working a desirable M-F daytime schedule with no weekends or holidays required. All applicants must have either current or recent oncology pharmacist experience and either have a BCOP or be eligible to obtain their BCOP at the time of application. A PharmD, PGY2 in Oncology, and a current MD license is preferred but will accept those with Bachelors in Pharmacy and willing to reciprocate license to MD if hired.
