Duties and Responsibilities: * Assist patient to procedure room. * Explain procedure and position patients in Mammography Machine. * Assist patient into Mammography Machine. * Reviews physician’s request for mammography procedure and identifies the patient per department policy. * Obtains patient history and documents findings. * Maintain Clean Technique. * Operate mammography and tomography machines. * Evaluate quality assurance performance. * Monitor performance of mammography and images. Education & Experience Requirements: * Two year degree in Mammography Technology. * One year of experience as Interventional Mammography Technician in a Healthcare Setting. * Current AHA BLS.
