The ideal candidate will be responsible for cleaning, sterilizing, inspecting, assembling, and distributing surgical instruments while ensuring compliance with infection control and sterilization standards. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES * Clean, decontaminate, inspect, and sterilize surgical instruments. * Assemble and prepare instrument trays for surgical procedures. * Operate washers, sterilizers, and monitoring equipment. * Perform biological and chemical indicator testing. * Process orthopedic and neurological surgical instrument sets. * Maintain accurate sterilization documentation and follow infection control guidelines.
