Patient ratios are based on volume, approximately 35-40 patients per shift. Key equipment includes GE ventilators, V60 BiPAPs, and Airvo HFNC. EMR is managed through Meditech. Permanent positions are available on the unit. Standard procedures include nebulizers, CPT, arterial blood gases, ventilator management, inhaled nitric oxide, bronchoscopy assistance, intubation assistance, and transporting patients with mechanical ventilation within the facility. The ideal candidate must be able to collaborate effectively with team members in the respiratory therapy department and across other disciplines.
