Travel Respiratory Therapy Technician in Palmer, AK - JOB TITLE Travel Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) – Days LOCATION Palmer, Alaska SCHEDULE / JOB TYPE Contract | Travel | 13-Week Assignment | Full-Time | Onsite | Day Shift (7:00 AM – 7:30 PM) KEY RESPONSIBILITIES * Perform respiratory therapy procedures on adult, pediatric, and neonatal patient populations * Deliver patient care across assigned units, with floating required between departments * Assess, treat, and monitor patients with respiratory conditions in accordance with clinical protocols * Document all patient care activities accurately within the electronic health record system * Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS * Current Certified Respiratory Therapist (CRT) or Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential * Minimum of 2–5 years of clinical respiratory therapy experience * Experience working with adult, pediatric, and neonatal patients * Must reside more than 50 miles from the facility to qualify as a traveler * Ability to start as soon as possible PREFERRED EXPERIENCE / SKILLS * Experience with Cerner electronic health record (EHR) system * Prior travel therapy experience in an acute care or hospital setting WHY JOIN US * 13-week travel contract with a day shift schedule and no on-call requirements * Opportunity to gain clinical experience in a unique Alaskan healthcare setting
