Performs technical procedures competently, meeting the expectations of the Radiologist and Surgeons. Verifies names and properly identifies patients prior to procedures being performed. Understands and accurately implements physicians' prescriptions/orders. Performs studies competently to obtain approval from radiologists and/or surgeons. Carries out other duties and projects as assigned. Adheres to organizational competencies and standards of behavior. Education required includes graduation from an accredited School of Radiology. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential. Proficient computer skills in Microsoft Office and Google Suite are necessary. Preferred experience includes a minimum of two years as a practicing OR X-Ray technologist in a high-volume trauma setting. Proficiency in the use of C-Arm and O-Arm is preferred.
