Travel Physical Therapist (PT) - $2,220 to $2,420 per week in Corpus Christi, TX - Travel Physical Therapist — Home Health — Corpus Christi, TX Provide in-home physical therapy services to adults and geriatric patients across the Corpus Christi service area. Deliver skilled evaluations, plans of care, and discharge services in compliance with payer and regulatory requirements. Coordinate care with interdisciplinary teams, document visits in electronic health records, and meet productivity expectations set by the client. Travel between patient homes within assigned coverage areas; mileage between first and last patient visits is reimbursed.
