Travel PT - $1,711 to $1,971 per week in Fort Myers, FL - Job Description & Requirements Physical Therapist - Acute - (PT - Acute) StartDate: ASAP Available Shifts: 8 D Pay Rate: $1711.00 - $1971.00 2+ year's experience required. Must have FL license active and on profile. HWL interview and Manager direct offer. Radius Rule 50 miles from facility. FLOATING REQUIRED- Travelers are first to float, possibly float to other sister campuses as well. ALL RTO or SCHEDULE REQUESTS must be on submission- HCF will not be approving RTO or schedule requests after submission. BLS. Acute care experience. Outpatient Experience 2+ years of total experience. 50-mile radius rule. No more than a 3-month work history gap in the last year Traveler shall be scheduled in accordance with facility policy and is expected to work every other weekend and Holidays in rotation with Hospital employees.
