My client, a prestigious health system, is actively looking to hire a qualified Director of Specialty Pharmacy Services to provide business development & leadership within their Specialty Pharmacy Line out in the OKC region. In this role, you will work on initiatives to drive specialty pharmacy business to this OKC location both locally and may travel some of the time as the business grows to other specialty pharmacy locations. You will have approximately 10 direct reports starting out as well. This opportunity offers a flexible daytime schedule with the possibility of some remote work as a part of a large, academic health system. Full benefits are offered along with very competitive compensation up to 190K depending on experience not including an annual incentive bonus. In order to apply, you must have, at minimum, a Bachelors in Pharmacy, and if no residency training, 7 years of relevant specialty, outpatient, or other related pharmacy leadership experience. If PGY1, 5 years, and if PGY2, then an additional 3 years. A specialty pharmacy certification (CSP) as well as proven experience building a pharmacy business line is preferred. LICENSED PHARMACIST - ACUTE CARE JOB SUMMARY: We are looking for a talented Pharmacist with Acute Care experience to work at an excellent healthcare facility in Tahlequah, OK. This job entails administering medications, providing pharmacological information to clinicians, and monitoring patient drug therapies. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: * Prepare medications by reviewing and interpreting physician orders and detecting therapeutic incompatibilities. * Dispense medications by compounding, packaging, and labeling pharmaceuticals. * Control medications by monitoring drug therapies and advising interventions when needed.
