Travel Pharmacist - $3,002 per week in Peridot, AZ - Summary : * This position is a Pharmacist, working with physicians, care managers, and other clinical staff, as part of a medical care team focusing on patient outcomes, while maintaining cost. * The Clinical Pharmacist provides patients and providers with therapeutic assessments and selected disease management, for assigned practices, working toward improving patient and practice outcomes.
