A template has been developed for each element (i.e. lifting, carrying, bending, keyboarding/typing, etc.) that will be tracked on each job description. Some of the elements currently on job descriptions can be mapped over and some are new. The new job description system has the capability to identify a set of physical requirements based on the work environment (i.e. office, clinical, facilities, food services, etc.) which will prepopulate the job description. Seeking subject matter expert who can review current job description content, develop list of pre-populated templates needed (i.e. office, clinical, facilities, food services, etc.), identify the physical requirements selections (i.e. occasional, frequent, continuous, weight, etc.) for each element (i.e. lifting, carrying, bending, keyboarding/typing, etc.) and map each job description to a template.
