Required Education: * High school diploma or equivalent REQUIRED. * Medical training: medical assistant or paramedic training preferred. * Phlebotomy certification preferred. Required in California, Nevada, and Washington. Work Experience: * 1-3 years phlebotomy experience required, inclusive of pediatric, geriatric and capillary collections. * 2 years in a Patient Service Center environment preferred. * Customer service in a retail or service environment highly preferred. * Keyboard/data entry experience. Travel Phlebotomist - $1,915 per week in Radnor, PA - Phlebotomist Location: Radnor, PA (145 King of Prussia Rd, Radnor, PA) Schedule: Monday – Friday | 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM JOB DESCRIPTION We are seeking an experienced Phlebotomist with a minimum of 2 years of proven phlebotomy experience to join a busy outpatient healthcare team in Radnor, PA. The ideal candidate will have excellent venipuncture skills, strong patient communication abilities, and experience working in a fast-paced clinical environment while maintaining the highest standards of patient care and specimen integrity. RESPONSIBILITIES * Perform venipuncture and capillary blood collection on patients of all ages. * Correctly identify patients and label specimens according to established protocols. * Prepare, process, and transport laboratory specimens. * Maintain accurate documentation in the EMR/LIS system. * Follow infection control, safety, and quality assurance guidelines. * Ensure patient comfort while providing professional and compassionate care. * Maintain cleanliness and organization of the phlebotomy work area. * Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and laboratory staff to ensure efficient workflow.
