Qualifications: * Licensed in Oregon or a graduate of an approved Physical Therapist program or actively working toward licensure. * Graduate of a CAPTE Accredited Physical Therapy Education Program * Experience in post-acute care or similar healthcare environment preferred * Excellent oral and written communication skills * Demonstrates effective problem-solving skills * Ability to collaborate with facility staff to promote highest practicable physical, mental and psychosocial wellbeing.
