The schedule is created by the CV team lead and may require adjusting based on case needs. Weeknight call is required 3-4 times per week and weekend call every other to every third weekend. RTO must be submitted upfront; no additional RTO requests will be approved after submission. Four to five days of unit-based orientation and two buddy call shifts are included, with flexibility based on recent heart experience.
