Travel PT - $2,464 to $2,664 per week in Gladwin, MI - Facility Specific Requirement:  Cannot accept local candidates that live within 50 miles of the facility. This position delegates responsibility to the Physical Therapist Assistant and Aides. Activities of this position are patient-focused and utilize assessment, planning, intervention, and evaluation in accordance with physical therapy standards, physician orders, and governing policies and procedures. (25%)* Evaluates the patient’s function by performing formal/informal testing measures to determine the skeletal, neurological, respiratory, and cardiovascular status. (25%)* Develops a goal specific treatment regime based on assessment data and the patient’s tolerance to carry-out the treatment plan as prescribed.  (25%)* Submits a written treatment regime to be included as part of the plan of treatment authorized by and coordinated with the physician. Travel Medical Assistant - $0 to $200 per week in Marshall, MI - Job Summary: Under direct supervision of a provider performs a variety of clinical and administrative tasks while striving to offer perfect care every time to patients. Clinical duties include greeting and escorting patients to the exam room, measuring and recording vitals, collecting, and recording medical and medication histories, preparing patients for examination/procedure, assisting the provider as directed and ensuring efficient clinic patient flow. Additional duties include specimen collection with accurate labeling and prescriptions as directed by the provider. Maintains equipment and supplies.
