Duties and Responsibilities: * Performs diagnostic radiography procedures utilizing established protocols/procedures without requiring constant supervision. * Work with physicians to schedule interventional procedures (if needed). * Effectively communicate with patients to obtain important clinical information, instruct the patient, relieve anxiety, and gain cooperation during procedures. * Perform all phases of radiologic procedures including Emergency Room trauma, fluoroscopy, portable and surgical application of ionizing radiation. * Regularly produces images of high quality according to prescribed protocols and procedures whenever possible. * Adheres to established company compliance, policies, procedures and protocols. * Perform a variety of procedures, which may include of the following, general radiographic, fluoroscopic, mammographic and patient unit, ED, trauma and operating room portables. * Effectively communicate with patients to obtain important clinical information, instruct the patient, relieve anxiety, and collaborate with patients during procedures. * Perform Diagnostic Radiologic exams and procedures according to physician orders. * Assist radiologists in exams and procedures Work with cross-functional teams to deliver the best service to our patients and physicians.
