Travel Pharmacist - $52 to $61 per hour in San Antonio, TX - Duration: Long-Term Assignment Schedule: 40 hours/week + on-call as needed Job Responsibilities:   * Works collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to optimize drug therapy.  * Receives and reviews prescriptions for the full range of pharmaceuticals to include controlled drugs on the formulary. * Determines type of substance, strength, dosage, and quantity to be dispensed in accordance with accepted practice and pharmacy standing operating procedures. * Enters prescriptions into outpatient computer system, reviewing profile for allergies, drug/drug or drug/food interactions, and duplicate orders. * Coordinates with prescriber to clarify issues or problems with dosing, interactions, or instructions. * Obtains the pharmaceutical, prepares package labels, visually inspects the medication in the bottle to be dispensed, and verifies appropriate medication, checks the printed label affixed to the container against the original prescription for correctness. * Provides instruction to patients on proper use of medications, and mentors technicians and other pharmacy staff working in/with area of responsibility. * Provides medication reconciliation for the patient.  * May be identified per shift as a Code Responder and will respond to Code Blues during a particular shift.

Travel Pharmacist - $50 to $60 per hour in San Antonio, TX - Duration: On-going to long-term Shifts: Day shift (8 or 12 hours ) Job Description. * Provides direct patient care, including treatment assessment and medication management activities. * Works collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to optimize drug therapy. * Clinically evaluates all patients in specified area daily with relevant documentation placed in the medical record regarding pharmacy recommendations, plans, interventions, and medication reconciliation. * Reviews the patient's drug regimen for appropriate indication, dosing allergy verification, interactions potential, lab monitoring, duplication of therapy, drug interactions and medication documentation. * Provides cost-effective management of drug utilization within the clinic, monitors process and outcome of patient care relating to drug therapy, monitors polypharmacy and high dose pharmaceutical dosing to prevent adverse effects. * Clinical Pharmacists provide education on pharmaceuticals to BAMC staff and beneficiaries as requested and in support of residency requirements for rotation opportunities. * Responds to Level I Trauma, code blue and massive blood transfusion emergencies. * Provides direct patient care and medication therapy monitoring, including antibiotic stewardship, pharmacokinetic drug dosing, renal and hepatic dosing, and patient education. * Facilitates discharge planning and smooth transition to alternate sites of care from a pharmacy perspective.  

Travel Dental Hygienist - $50 to $57 per hour in Saint Paul, MN - Duration : 03 Months to Long-Term Schedule: Standard Day Shift, 2 Days/Week Job Responsibilities:   * Preventative Care: Remove plaque, tartar, and stains using manual and ultrasonic scalers; apply fluoride treatments and sealants. * Patient Assessment: Review medical histories, conduct oral cancer screenings, and perform periodontal charting. * Diagnostics: Expose and develop dental X-rays to assist dentists in identifying decay and disease. * Patient Education: Instruct patients on proper brushing, flossing, and nutritional habits to maintain oral hygiene. * Clinical Prep & Safety: Sterilize dental instruments, prepare treatment rooms, and strictly adhere to infection control protocols. * Adjunct Procedures: In many jurisdictions, administer local anesthesia, monitor nitrous oxide, or take impressions. Travel Physical Therapist (PT) - $45 to $50 per hour in Mount Vernon, OH - Job Title: Physical Therapist (Licensed) – Region 5 Location: Mount Vernon, OH 43050 Duration: Minimum 1 Year from Projected Start Date Shift: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM Hours: 8 Hours/Week Position Summary The Licensed Physical Therapist evaluates, develops, and implements individualized physical therapy treatment plans to improve patients' mobility, function, and overall quality of life. The therapist collaborates with interdisciplinary teams to provide high-quality rehabilitative care and monitor patient progress. Key Responsibilities Patient Evaluation * Perform comprehensive physical therapy evaluations. * Assess range of motion, gait, strength, neurological function, and mobility. * Identify rehabilitation needs and establish treatment goals. * Maintain accurate assessment records and clinical documentation. Travel Psychology - $72 to $80 per hour in Columbus, OH - Psychologist – Region 5 (PRN) Location: Columbus, OH 43215 Position Type: PRN (As Needed) Shift: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Duration: Minimum 6-Month Assignment Education Required: Doctoral Degree in Psychology Position Overview The Psychologist will provide psychological services at various DODD facilities throughout the State of Ohio on an as-needed basis. Assignments and facility locations will be communicated in advance to allow for scheduling and planning. Note: Travel may be required between DODD facilities; mileage reimbursement is not available. Key Responsibilities Clinical Services * Conduct psychological and neuropsychological evaluations and assessments. * Administer, score, and interpret psychological testing. * Develop treatment plans and evaluation reports. * Review patient histories, medical records, and treatment documentation. * Monitor and evaluate treatment effectiveness and quality of care. Travel Pharmacist - $58 to $62 per hour in San Antonio, TX - Duration : Long-Term Contract Schedule : Full-Time, 40 Hours/Week, 8–12 Hour Shifts between 05:30 AM – 9:00 PM Key Responsibilities:   * Provide clinical pharmacy services and medication management for cardiology patients. * Review medication regimens for dosing, interactions, allergies, monitoring, and safety. * Manage anticoagulation therapy (warfarin, DOACs, heparin) according to protocols. * Provide medication therapy management, patient education, and adherence counseling. * Document clinical recommendations and interventions in the medical record. * Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams to optimize drug therapy. * Educate staff and support pharmacy clinical programs.
