Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate and assess patients in both outpatient and inpatient settings to develop individualized treatment plans
• Deliver evidence-based physical therapy interventions to support patient recovery and functional improvement
• Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as clinically appropriate
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to coordinate comprehensive patient care
• Educate patients and caregivers on therapeutic exercises, injury prevention, and home programs

Required Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
• Current and valid Physical Therapist (PT) licensure in the state of New Mexico or eligibility to obtain
• Current BLS/CPR certification
• Experience practicing in outpatient and/or inpatient clinical settings

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience working in both outpatient and inpatient environments within a single assignment
• Strong documentation skills and familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems
