Job Title

Travel Occupational Therapist (OT) – Acute Inpatient Rehabilitation

Schedule / Job Type

Contract | Travel | Full-Time | Days | 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM | 40 Hours Guaranteed Per Week | 13-Week Assignment

Key Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy services to patients in an acute inpatient rehabilitation setting
• Evaluate and treat a geriatric patient population with a caseload ratio of 5:1
• Deliver treatment for common diagnoses including stroke and orthopedic conditions
• Document patient care and progress utilizing the Epic electronic health record system
• Participate in weekend coverage approximately one weekend shift per month
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary rehabilitation team in a flexible and cooperative manner

Required Qualifications

• Active OTR (Occupational Therapist Registered) certification required
• Master's degree in Occupational Therapy (MS OTR) required
• Minimum of 1 year of experience working with an adult patient population
• Active Indiana state OT license or eligibility to obtain prior to start date

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience in a hospital-based occupational therapy setting strongly preferred
• Familiarity with Epic EHR system
• Experience treating geriatric patients in a rehabilitation environment
