Candidates must have a minimum of 3 years of experience in acute inpatient rehabilitation. Experience must include treating stroke, spinal cord injury, amputee, and general rehabilitation populations. Candidates should possess a Maryland Occupational Therapy License. BLS certification is required prior to starting. The work schedule consists of five 8-hour shifts, typically from 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM or 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM. Schedule preferences can be accommodated for Tuesday through Saturday; candidates must be willing to work one weekend day per month. Flexibility to adjust a weekday off occasionally is preferred. Candidates should have experience with electronic medical record systems. The facility is a CARF-accredited program, dedicated to providing high-quality care in a fast-paced environment. Candidates should be prepared to participate in team collaboration and demonstrate strong patient care skills.
