About the Position

SLSS - CT

This is a position with dual resposibilities of CT and Diagnostic Radiology.

● About Facility:

o Located: Cudahy, WI

o 100 Beds

o Level IV Trauma

o 20 minutes from Milwaukee, WI

o Beds: 100

● General Information:

o Scanners? 2 CT scanners

o Minimum Years of Experience: 1 year of experience

o Will you accept a first-time traveler? Yes

● Patient Types/Common Diagnoses: General pt care, no neurosurgery or cardiac, General CT experience from a hospital setting, experience with the above patient types

● Patient Ratios:

o 1:1

● Required Licensure & Certifications:

o BLS

o ARRT-CT

o WI license

● Skills required: Toshiba Canon aquilion experience preferred

● Support within the Department:

o Imaging assistant, Transport, pt assist

o Receptionist

o RT

o Hospitalist

o Telemetry monitoring/tech:

● Technology/Equipment:

o EMR: Epic

o Unit specific equipment: McKesson PACs

● Floating: No

● Orientation (facility and unit) : Neo + 2 shifts

● Scheduling:

o Weekend rotation: Contract specific

o On call? If so, what is that schedule? Contract specific

o Holiday Expectations: Contract Specific

o RTO: NM approval

o Shift times: Contract specific

o Schedule cycle: Contract specific
