Position: Phlebotomist (Specimen Receiving & Processing) $$SN$$

Location: Radnor, Pennsylvania

Shift: Days – 5x8s (Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM)

Duration: 13 weeks

Job Duties

• Perform blood specimen collection and processing in a clinical laboratory setting.

• Receive, verify, label, and prepare specimens according to laboratory standards.

• Ensure accurate patient identification and specimen handling procedures.

• Maintain quality and safety standards during specimen collection and processing.

• Collaborate with laboratory teams and healthcare staff to support timely testing.

• Follow infection control practices and maintain compliance with department policies.

• Complete documentation and required competency assessments.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of recent phlebotomy experience required.

• Proven experience in a high-volume healthcare or laboratory environment.

• CPT verification required.

• Ability to complete competency testing and skills validation.

• Must successfully complete background check, medical screening, and drug screening requirements.

• Strong attention to detail with excellent specimen handling and patient care skills.

• Must be able to complete required compliance requirements within one week of offer acceptance.
