This position requires the successful candidate to prepare and maintain the sterile field in the operating room. The Surgical Tech will assist surgeons and other medical staff during procedures. Responsibilities include passing instruments, supplies, and equipment to the surgical team. The individual must ensure patient safety and adhere to infection control protocols. Effective communication skills are vital for collaboration with other healthcare professionals. The candidate should possess strong technical skills in surgical procedures. The role requires adherence to established policies and procedures. Flexibility and adaptability to changing situations are essential in this fast-paced environment.
