Responsibilities * Provide skilled occupational therapy treatments under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist. * Implement individualized treatment plans to improve ADL performance, functional mobility, upper extremity function, cognition, safety awareness, and overall independence. * Accurately document treatments using electronic medical records. * Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team regarding patient progress and discharge planning. * Educate patients, caregivers, and facility staff on adaptive equipment, home safety, and functional strategies. * Maintain compliance with Medicare, state, and facility documentation standards. * Participate in care conferences and team meetings as appropriate.
