KEY RESPONSIBILITIES * Prepare the cardiac catheterization lab before procedures. * Assist physicians during cardiac catheterizations, angioplasties, stent placements, electrophysiology procedures, and other vascular interventions. * Operate fluoroscopy and hemodynamic monitoring equipment. * Scrub, circulate, and monitor procedures as assigned. * Prepare and maintain sterile instruments and supplies. * Monitor patient vital signs and report changes to the physician and nursing staff. * Administer contrast media and assist with medication preparation (as permitted by facility policy). * Document procedure details accurately. * Ensure compliance with radiation safety and infection control standards. * Respond to emergency situations during procedures. * Participate in on-call rotation, including weekends and holidays, as required.
