I’ve spent the last 4 years helping clinicians across the board, but especially, PTs, PTAs, OTs, COTAs, and SLPs find travel opportunities that fit their goals, but more importantly, I love building real relationships with the people behind the license.
When I’m not recruiting, I’m usually planning my next trip, pretending I'm good at gold, or working on a needlepoint project. If not those things I'm meandering around the garden looking for things that weren't there yesterday! Basically, I have the hobbies of a 75-year-old grandmother trapped in a travel-loving millennial's body.
As for recruiting? I believe you deserve more than a recruiter who only calls when they need something. My goal is to be the person you can text with questions, celebrate wins with, vent to after a rough day, and trust to have your back throughout your travel journey.
