Isaiah Mays

Isaiah has worked in the healthcare staffing industry for 5 years with a focus on travel and per diem RN placements. Over his last 3 years with Procare USA, Isaiah has become familiar with our processes as Recruitment Manager, and now uses that experience to enhance our technology suite with innovative software to better serve our internal teams and the skilled talent pool they work with. Isaiah also leads the team on marketing and social media strategy, ensuring a consistent brand identity through all channels. As a Certified Healthcare Staffing Professional through the ASA, Isaiah uses his knowledge of staffing best practices to further lead Procare USA in policy and process updates that are both efficient and compliant with federal and state employment standards.

Isaiah is a communication scholar and believes timing is everything – a guiding principle he uses to make certain our internal processes not only lend themselves to the timely presentation of candidates, but also that all communication is clear and concise for a smooth transition of candidates from the application process through the onboarding process and beyond.
