I had to be critical in selecting a recruiter that looks out for my best interests as well as balances the interests of future employers in order to have the best fit. I was hesitant with other recruiters since they lacked considerable qualities by ignoring my interests and concerns of my first assignment. Jordyn is an awesome recruiter and person. I can't even describe the ups and downs I have experienced on this journey (no fault of mine or Jordyn) but she been my rock. She has handled and taken care of so many things for me, I can't even count them. I don't worry about a thing because she will take care of it. She is always available when I need her, for anything.
