Her interpersonal skills are excellent. She really does advocate for her Travelers, looking out for their best interest. She is always helpful. She responds to all communication within hours. Renee has been extremely helpful for me thus far. You can tell that she is great at her job and loves what she does. As a new grad, I was extremely eager to begin working as soon as possible and Renee made the process very easy for me. What had set Renee apart from various other recruiters, in my mind, is that she listened to all of my needs from day 1 and tailored our job search accordingly. Another 5🌟 review! Renee's professional profile promises to address all of the concerns of a new or long time traveler. She more than delivers. AVAILABILITY. If I need to get in touch it's most often I am speaking directly with Renee. A message or a text is answered. If an issue arises it is resolved and you feel she is always your alli. That's a big part of what I expect from my "recruiter." Renee is so much more. She is like a fail safe and will take care of my concerns before I know I have them. She will take care of issues that really are not her job or will make sure all of staff are communicating. Here's another real important thing about Renee. When you talk with Renee it's like speaking directly with a colleague at work. Someone who you can respect as a friend and have confidence in their abilities. So over these several years I have been almost exclusively with Delta. I doubt that would be the case without this excellent recruiter.
