I've have done a number of travel therapy positions and Nicole has by far and away been the best travel therapy consultant I've had the pleasure of working with. She's friendly, very informative and makes sure you've found the best position for your needs. Nicole really "goes to bat" for you and is there throughout the entire process (which makes traveling a lot less scary). Nicole is the model of what every travel recruiter/consultant should aspire to be.

At the start of my travel career Nicole and I had been in touch but I ended up working for another company and recruiter. Throughout my first couple assignments Nicole had kept in touch and just let me know she was there to help if I needed anything which was appreciated. As my relationship with my initial recruiter became frustrating through false promises and poor communication, Nicole was always there to give advice with how to handle issues with my travel experience even though I wasn't her client and she was very professional in doing so. As my trust in Nicole grew through our conversations, I made the decision to switch and travel with Nicole as my recruiter and it was unbelievable how much happier I was in this career. Nicole always was honest and helpful, she minimized my stress by being organized and having excellent communication, and she was fun to work with. Even though I have moved on to a permanent position, I would recommend travel therapy to anyone because of my positive experience with Nicole and she would be who I recommend to my closest friends in the field to choose as their recruiter. If you want to minimize your stress, enjoy your travel career, and have someone you can trust to watch out for your best interests then you can't find a better person and recruiter than Nicole!

I started out my career as a traveling therapist with a different company and in the course of 1 year, I had cycled through my third recruiter. All of them seemed to have their own agenda and as a consequence, made my travel assignments more difficult than they needed to be (housing, compensation packages, etc.). I needed a change and had started talking with Nicole. I told her my situation and had given her some challenging requirements for me to switch companies. She was incredibly understanding. Even though I wasn't even a client of hers yet, she made me feel like I was taken care of. I worked with Nicole for a year and a half and stopped only because I found the dream job I had been searching for. If I decide to travel again in the future, Nicole will be my first call.

I have had the opportunity to work with Nicole many times over the last 3 years, she is my favorite person to work with, and I always look forward to our assignments together. She is straight forward , dedicated, and always available even when on vacation or leave, and she is a pleasure to work with at all times ( even when I'm not!)

This was the first time that I had decided to take a travel position and Nicole has been incredible throughout the entire process. She is always easy to reach through the phone or just a quick text and goes above and beyond to make sure I was set up for the best opportunity. I look forward to continuing our work together in the future and would recommend her to anyone that is looking to venture into travel work.
