I have been traveling as a RN for several years and have many recruiters under my belt and she is by far at the top. Her communication and care for her client is everything you are looking for and when working as a traveler. If I had questions, she had answers and the time of day didn’t matter. She made sure my rate maintained and was very selfless to make sure I was taken care of. The best part of all of this is she likes to build a relationship with you. She feels like someone you have known your entire life and that you trust with these endeavors that can be very intimidating and stressful. While I am taking a FTE position, at the time, I will be maintaining contact with Dana when I’m ready to venture back out on assignment. Couldn’t ask for a better person to work with! |
