Radiologic Technologist - Radiographer
We are looking for an organized, detail-oriented radiologic technologist to be responsible for operating imaging equipment for diagnostic purposes. The radiologic technologist's responsibilities include following physicians' orders regarding the area of the body to scan, positioning patients and equipment, and answering patients' questions. The radiologic technologist will use imaging equipment to capture images of tissues, bones, organs, and vessels, and may assist in the administration of radiation therapy treatments or radiopharmaceuticals.
1 year General Radiographer experience.
A valid license as a radiologic technologist issued by the NYSDOH required.
BLS preferred.
Certified ARRT ***Local Candidates Only*** No Virtual Interviews - In-Person only 12:00 AM-8:30 AM and alternating weekends required Weekends/Holidays required *Training will be for 2 weeks, from 9a-5p, including the EPIC class.* Opportunity for extension.
