Job Title: Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) • Oncology, Day Shift

Join our Oncology team as a full•time LCSW, working weekdays with occasional weekends, no on•call.

Responsibilities:
• Deliver social work services to oncology patients
• Manage cases and provide brief treatment
• Support patients and families
• Conduct telehealth consultations

Requirements:
• 2+ years post•MSW experience
• Medical social work and case management experience
• Proficiency in brief treatment methods
• Oncology experience

Preferred:
• Hospital setting experience
• Knowledge of housing issues, substance use disorders, grief and bereavement
• Cultural responsiveness and crisis intervention skills

Certifications:
• Massachusetts LCSW
• BLS

This is an on•site role with some remote patient interaction through our Hospital•at•Home program.
