Specialty: Speech Therapist

Job Description:

• Evaluate and administer treatment to individuals diagnosed with Speech, language and swallowing dysfunctions.
• Collaborate with all disciplines to evaluate team goals
• Establish and administer a treatment program with realistic and achievable goals

Qualifications:

• 1 year Home Health experience within last 2 years - Preferred
• Experience with Adult and Geriatric population - REQUIRED
• EMR experience - REQUIRED
• Travel experience - REQUIRED
• Masters level graduate of an American speech and language association approved facility.
• Collaborate with other disciplines to ensure effective and efficient patient care
• BLS (AHA), CPR certification
• Active state license
• Demonstrate the highest level of professionalism when interacting with patients, families, physicians, and hospital staff members.
