At a minimum, all applicants must hold a Bachelor's in Pharmacy and have either completed a PGY1 Clinical Pharmacy Residency or hold 2 or more years of equivalent clinical hospital pharmacist experience. Must also be willing/able to obtain WV licensure upon hire if WV license isn't already held at the time of application.
