930 - 600 M-F 1 week call Monday night to Monday am adult and ped exp required
- General Information:
- Average 5-8 patients/day
- How many years of experience for a traveler? 1 year (must have pediatric experience within that year)
- Will you accept a first-time traveler? YES
- Patient Types:
- Large neonate and pediatric population. Inpatient, Outpatient, ED, ICU, general floors, post-op, NICU, and PICU
- Patient Ratios: 1:1
- Required Certifications: BLS, (RCS or RDCS) required.
- Skills required: NICU to Adult experience. Pediatric experience is required. TEE preferred.
- Technology/Equipment:
- EMR: Cerner
- Philips CVX
- PACS Intellasapce
- Floating: If yes, where?
- Yes, throughout the hospital.
- Orientation (#hrs/shifts):
- NEO + 1-2 shifts w/preceptors
- Scheduling:
- Weekend rotation: Call week includes weekends, Sat/Sun.
- On call? If so, what is that schedule? 1 week of call every 4 weeks. Monday Morning to the following Monday morning. Every day 630p-930a.
- Call back within 30 minutes
- No call room
- Holiday Expectations: One major and one minor seasonal holiday per policy
- Shift times: 930a-6p
- Schedule cycle: Monday-Friday
