930 - 600 M-F 1 week call Monday night to Monday am adult and ped exp required
 

1. General Information:
   1. Average 5-8 patients/day
   2. How many years of experience for a traveler? 1 year (must have pediatric experience within that year)
   3. Will you accept a first-time traveler?  YES
2. Patient Types:
   1. Large neonate and pediatric population. Inpatient, Outpatient, ED, ICU, general floors, post-op, NICU, and PICU
3. Patient Ratios: 1:1
4. Required Certifications: BLS, (RCS or RDCS) required.
5. Skills required: NICU to Adult experience. Pediatric experience is required.  TEE preferred.
6. Technology/Equipment:
   1. EMR: Cerner
   2. Philips CVX
   3. PACS Intellasapce
7. Floating: If yes, where?
   1. Yes, throughout the hospital.
8. Orientation (#hrs/shifts):
   1. NEO + 1-2 shifts w/preceptors
9. Scheduling:
   1. Weekend rotation: Call week includes weekends, Sat/Sun.
   2. On call? If so, what is that schedule? 1 week of call every 4 weeks. Monday Morning to the following Monday morning. Every day 630p-930a.
      1. Call back within 30 minutes
      2. No call room
      3. Holiday Expectations: One major and one minor seasonal holiday per policy
   3. Shift times: 930a-6p
   4. Schedule cycle: Monday-Friday
