PT needed ASAP Entry-Level Degree in Physical Therapy State of Maine licensure as a Physical Therapist. Current, valid driver’s license to operate a motor vehicle, with vehicle available for work covered by liability insurance as specified by agency policy. Current certification in Basic Life Support for Healthcare providers. Minimum one year of full-time equivalent experience in a supervised setting. Physical Therapists provide services to patients/clients who have impairments, functional limitations, disabilities, or changes in physical function and health status resulting from injury, disease, or other causes. Demonstrates productive and positive Team collaboration for maximizing functional outcomes and care.

Required Qualifications
Entry-Level Degree in Physical Therapy
State of Maine licensure as a Physical Therapist. Current, valid driver’s license to operate a motor vehicle, with vehicle available for work covered by liability insurance as specified by agency policy. Current certification in Basic Life Support for Healthcare providers.
Minimum one year of full-time equivalent experience in a supervised setting.
