PT's needed ASAP for 13 weeks The Physical Therapist is responsible for the evaluation and treatment of patients in compliance with licensure standards. The physical therapist works with an interdisciplinary team to identify patient goals, barriers to discharge and ongoing physical therapy services. The Physical Therapist centers the care around the patient and exercises independent judgement in planning and organizing the plan of care for the patient.
