Physical Therapist - Home Health - (PT - HH)
StartDate: 1/22/2024 Available Shifts: 8 D Pay Rate: $1689.00 - $1946.00

Missouri licensed Physical Therapist needed for in-home Hospice duties out of Rolla, MO. Missouri license and BLS required. Two years hospice experience required; either facility based or in-home. Position will consist of visits to in-home hospice patients. Monday-Friday; 8 hour shifts.

Required Qualifications
2 years experience working hospice (facility based or in-home)
Missouri State PT License

Preferred Qualifications
Traveler Experience preferred
RADIUS RULE: Candidate must live at least 40 miles away from facility (No locals within 40 miles)
