Physical Therapist - Sports Medicine - (PT- Sports)
StartDate: ASAP Available Shifts: 8 D Pay Rate: $1712.00 - $1972.00

- Specialty: PT - Outpatient (Ortho; Sports Med; Post Op) - Contract Length: 13 Weeks - Start Date: 12/18 - Required experience: At least 3 years post grad PT experience. Ortho experience required. Dry Needling, Therapeutic Exercise, Biomechanical eval; Safe Sports; Safework; Balance/Fall Prevention/Vestibular - Required Cert/Reg or License: BLS (AHA); Active NH PT license or PT Compact - Shift: 8hr days / Holidays if required (no weekends or on call) - Hours per Week: 40

Required Qualifications
