JOB OVERVIEW
Seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to assist in providing rehabilitative care under the direction of a Physical Therapist. This role focuses on helping patients improve mobility, strength, function, and overall quality of life through individualized treatment programs.

Schedule: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday
Day Shift

Guaranteed Hours: 35 Hours Per Week
Pay Rate: $40.80 - $47.60 per hour

Active Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) License
Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
Current state licensure in good standing

State or federal ID required
Photo badge must be worn at all times
Monday through Friday schedule
35 guaranteed hours per week
Implement treatment plans under the supervision of a Physical Therapist
Assist patients with therapeutic exercises, mobility training, and rehabilitation activities
Monitor patient progress and report findings to the supervising therapist
Educate patients on exercise techniques and safety measures
Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care
Collaborate with therapists, nursing staff, and interdisciplinary healthcare teams
