JOB OVERVIEW
Seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist (PT) to evaluate, develop, and implement individualized treatment plans designed to improve mobility, reduce pain, restore function, and help patients achieve their rehabilitation goals.

Schedule: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday
Day Shift

Guaranteed Hours: 35 Hours Per Week
Pay Rate: $57.00 - $66.50 per hour

Active Physical Therapist (PT) License
Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
Current state licensure in good standing

State or federal ID required
Photo badge must be worn at all times
Monday through Friday schedule
35 guaranteed hours per week
Evaluate patients and establish individualized treatment plans
Implement therapeutic exercises and rehabilitation programs
Assess patient progress and modify treatment plans as needed
Educate patients and caregivers regarding treatment goals and home exercise programs
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
Collaborate with physicians, nurses, therapists, and interdisciplinary healthcare teams
Contract assignment offering schedule stability and professional growth
