Certifications / Licence:

• BLS

• Physical Therapist
• Masters Degree from an accredited physical therapy program
• Experience: Experience working directly with patients in a long term care or hospital setting
• Current Physical Therapist state license
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS).
• Skills/Abilities Required: Possess documentation skills, have excellent verbal communication, provide satisfactory patient services, be a team player, Demonstrates knowledge and skills necessary to provide are appropriate to the age of the patients served.
