Seeking an Occupational Therapist (OT) to evaluate, develop, and implement individualized treatment plans that help patients regain independence and improve their ability to perform daily living and functional activities.

Guaranteed Hours: 35 Hours Per Week
Pay Rate: $48.00 - $56.00 per hour
Occupational Therapist (OT)
Active Occupational Therapist License
State or federal ID required
Photo badge must be worn at all times
Rehabilitation therapy assignment
Skilled nursing and rehabilitation setting

Travel opportunity available for qualified candidates
35 guaranteed hours per week
Day shift schedule (8:00 AM 4:30 PM)
Perform evaluations, treatment planning, and therapeutic interventions focused on improving functional independence, mobility, and quality of life
Work collaboratively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals to achieve rehabilitation goals
